The Count is Down: ReVamped
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
A side-scrolling platformer, originally made for the 2026 GMTK Game Jam, theme: "COUNTDOWN." Now rebuilt, reworked, and ReVamped!
You play as Renfield, a faithful thrall to Count Dracula who answers the call of duty and takes a fallen Count on his back across treacherous lands on a journey to the underworld to restore the prince of darkness back to his former glory!
WASD/Arrow Keys to move and jump
R to Quick-restart level
Esc to open menu
Each level, you must get the Count to the exit before his strength fails him and time runs out. If you fall into a pit or hit spikes, you will die immediately. If you are hit by a Villager, the Count will be thrown from your back and you must frantically scramble to rescue him. Watch out! Once the Count is forced to enter bat form, his strength will drain even more quickly!

Hey everyone, apologies, the credits are supposed to roll after Level 3, and let you play an optional bonus level, but there was a bug I missed, I'll let you know when I fix it and reupload.
Been a while since I played a hardcore platformer like this, feeling very rusty lol but the game is fun! Cute pixel art and music, and very funny voice lines when drac gets thrown at mach 5 off your back lmao.
